Today’s recipe is an effortless and fun twist on the classic butter cookies – a delicious savoury cookie that melts in your mouth! These Lemon and Dill Cheese Cookies taste just as amazing as they sound! Plus, they come together in a cinch. All you need is a few simple ingredients and you're good to go!

70g Vegan Butter

25g Raw Sugar/ Erythritol

50g Lemon and Dill Cheese by Botanical Cuisine

80g Cake Flour/ Gluten Free All Purpose Flour


1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.

2. Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy.

3. Whisk in the lemon and dill cheese.

4. Sift in the flour and fold just until combined.

5. Transfer the batter into a piping bag fitted with an open flower tip.

6. Pipe flowers onto a lined baking tray and bake for 12-15 mins or until golden brown.
