Super Easy & Healthy Vegan Melon Yogurt Tart Recipe | Delia.v Life

You guys have been asking for super simple recipes you can make in under an hour and we've got the perfect one for you today! Not only does it look super aesthetic, it also taste really luxurious as well. Inspired by Paris Baguette's gorgeous fruit tarts, we decided to make a Honeymelon yogurt tart with a zesty citrus fragrance.

We know that dried yuzu peel is not always easily available everywhere so you can totally substitute it for lemon zest and it will still taste amazing! This Honeymelon yogurt tart is made with lots of wholefood ingredients so it is super nutritious as well, definitely one of our favourite guilt-free desserts to date!

Since the tart crust filling is made with non-dairy yogurt (we used sugar free coconut Greek yogurt) it is really light on the palate. Paired with Honeymelon and citrus jelly this is a refreshing dessert that you can have anytime!
